LAP Sales Manager - Jodhpur & Kota (Prime LAP)

Business Development & Sourcing

• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with local DSAs, connectors, and broker networks to drive a consistent pipeline prime
• Home Loan and LAP cases.
• Proactively source high-ticket (above 1 CR) mortgage cases from HNI clients, self-employed professionals, and MSME owners.
• Develop and execute territory-level business plans to achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

Case Management End to End

• Manage the complete loan lifecycle: lead qualification documentation credit underwriting liaison legal & technical
• disbursement.
• Ensure all cases are processed with accuracy, minimal TAT, and compliance with internal credit policies.
• Coordinate with internal credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth and timely case movement.

Credit & Financial Analysis

• Analyse applicant financials ITR, balance sheets, bank statements, P&L to assess eligibility and structure optimal loan
• proposals.
• Identify bankable cases basis basic financial health indicators and guide customers on documentation requirements.
• Escalate complex / large-ticket cases to appropriate credit authorities with proper case summaries.

Legal & Technical Knowledge

• Demonstrate sound understanding of property title due diligence, legal vetting, technical valuation, and MODT / charge creation
• processes.
• Liaise with empanelled lawyers and technical valuers to resolve property-related queries efficiently.

Portfolio Quality & Collections

• Monitor the assigned portfolio for early delinquency signals and take proactive corrective action.
• Work in close coordination with the Collections and Legal teams to manage NPA / overdue accounts.
• Conduct periodic customer engagement activities to maintain portfolio hygiene and reduce roll-forwards.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain accurate daily / weekly pipeline trackers and share timely MIS reports with the reporting manager.
• Track conversion ratios, DSA-wise productivity, and ticket-size trends to optimise sourcing strategy.

Education

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree or MBA (Finance / Banking / Marketing preferred).
• Additional certifications in Banking, Credit, or Real Estate will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Home Loans and/or LAP Prime Vertical only (above 1 CR)
• Candidates from Affordable Home Loan or Micro-LAP segments will NOT be considered.
• Demonstrated experience in independently handling large-ticket cases (100 Lakhs and above preferred).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong DSA / connector network in the local market existing relationships are a key differentiator.
• Sound knowledge of property law, legal due diligence, and technical valuation processes.
• Ability to read and analyse financial statements ITR, audited accounts, bank statements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for pipeline management and reporting.
