Language Interpreter

Job Title: Over-the-Phone / Video Interpreter (OPI-VRI)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Interpretation Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled interpreters to facilitate accurate and professional communication between English-speaking representatives and individuals with limited English proficiency through phone and video interpretation.

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates must be proficient in English and Hindi, along with at least one of the following languages:

• Punjabi
• Gujarati
• Bengali
• Tamil

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, unbiased interpretation without omitting or changing information.
• Support conversations across healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, customer service, and social services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
• Ensure professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and adherence to quality standards.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence targets.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional interpretation experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in OPI/VRI interpretation preferred.
• Healthcare or medical interpretation experience is an advantage.
• Interpretation certification or formal training is a plus.

Note: This is a professional interpretation role, not a generic voice support position. Compensation will depend on experience and language proficiency.
