Landscaping Field Executive

Knowledge in landscaping plants, landscaping design, AutoCAD and landscape execution

Willingness for site visits and site execution-related work

Coordination skills with vendors, labourers, and project team

Sourcing for landscaping materials and procurement of materials

Good communication and presentation skills

Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and AI

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute landscaping projects for farms, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, and basic project drawings.
• Select suitable plants, trees, shrubs, grasses, and ornamental species.
• Supervise planting, lawn development, garden maintenance, and landscape installation.
• Coordinate irrigation systems, drainage, soil preparation, and water management.
• Monitor plant health, pest control, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with site workers, contractors, and management to ensure timely project completion.
• Estimate material requirements, labour costs, and project expenses.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain landscaping quality standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, or landscape project execution.
• Knowledge of plants, soil types, planting techniques, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to read and understand landscape layouts and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other landscape design software will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
