Land Surveyor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using total stations, and other equipment to gather data for mapping and demarcation purposes.
• Prepare detailed reports on survey findings, including topographical maps and diagrams.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate site planning and layout design.
• Perform road surveys to identify potential hazards or obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Utilize Autocad drafting skills to create precise drawings of surveyed areas.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in land surveying or related field (architecture/construction).
• Diploma/B.Tech degree in Land Surveying or relevant discipline (e.g., Civil Engineering).
• Proficiency in Total Station operation; knowledge of AutoCAD drafting software an asset.
• Strong understanding of topography principles; ability to read contour lines accurately.
