Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to gather data on existing conditions, including topography, boundaries, and features.
  
• Design and implement survey plans using specialized software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate design specifications for construction projects.
  
• Perform boundary surveys to establish legal property lines and prepare detailed maps for record-keeping purposes.
  
• Utilize GPS technology to collect precise location data for mapping purposes.
  
• Coordinate with surveyors, liaison teams, legal teams and project engineers
• verify land records such as FMB, Village Maps, TSLR, Patta, Chitta, Tippan and revenue sketches
• prepare Topographical survey, boundary survey, demarcation, layout and as built drawings
