Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suitable land parcels for acquisition.
• Handle end-to-end land procurement and acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with landowners, brokers, consultants, and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct land due diligence and verify ownership and documentation.
• Negotiate land deals and commercial terms with landowners.
• Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation and closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners and local contacts.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
• Overall experience: 515 years.
• Candidates must have strong experience specifically in Land Procurement / Land Acquisition.
• Only Real Estate background candidates are eligible to apply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
