Should be well versed in land liasioning for Solar Projects, Coordination with BESCOM, good in revenue records verification and assessments, pouthi katha, RTC, Tatkal Podi, revenue approvals.
Personally resolve farmer disputes, ROW issues, and pending lease documents registrations.
Preferred candidate profile :
Graduate, knowlege and fluency in Kannada, Revenue deparment interface, land records due diligence, local connect and liaisioning.
