Role: Land Acquisition Manager / Executive/Sr Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate land parcels suitable for industrial and warehouse projects.
• Conduct market research to identify potential landowners, brokers, developers, and other sources.
• Negotiate land purchase, lease, or development agreements with landowners.
• Conduct preliminary due diligence on title, ownership, encumbrances, land use, zoning, access, and statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, finance, projects, and external consultants for land evaluation.
• Prepare land acquisition proposals, feasibility reports, commercial comparisons, and management presentations.
• Coordinate documentation, registrations, agreements, and closing activities.
• Track acquisition timelines, costs, risks, and approvals.
• Maintain a database of available land parcels and acquisition status.
• Support conversion/change-of-land-use and other statutory processes, where applicable.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, local authorities, brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Strong land/property market knowledge.
• Negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of property documentation and land laws.
• Ability to perform basic financial and feasibility analysis.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate degree or related field
• Experience in industrial, logistics, warehousing, infrastructure, any land acquisition or large-scale commercial land acquisition preferred.
