Land Acquisition - Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Site Identification & Feasibility: Scout and evaluate viable land parcels based on project requirements, zoning laws, and infrastructure proximity.
• Negotiation & Acquisition: Lead commercial talks with landowners, brokers, and local communities to secure favorable pricing and clear terms.
• Due Diligence & Compliance: Oversee legal title checks, revenue records verification, and clearance approvals with local and state government bodies.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain smooth relations with district administration, village leaders, and internal legal/finance teams to resolve disputes.
