Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage land acquisition projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  
• Identify potential sites for purchase, conducting thorough market research and due diligence.
  
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors/owners to secure optimal deals.
  
• Coordinate site surveys, legal documentation (lease deeds/sale deeds), and other necessary paperwork.
  
• Resolve any land disputes that may arise during the acquisition process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in land acquisition management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of local real estate markets and regulations.
  
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to build strong relationships with vendors/owners.
  
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents such as lease deeds/sale deeds.
