Land Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential land acquisition opportunities through market research, networking, and industry connections.
• Conduct due diligence on target properties to ensure they meet the company's investment criteria.
• Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners or developers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage the entire process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring timely completion of transactions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in real estate development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Excellent documentation skills for preparing legal documents such as contracts and deeds.
