Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Executives to join our team across multiple locations in Gujarat. Candidates with experience in any sales domain and a strong understanding of the local market are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and market surveys in assigned locations.
• Identify and engage with property owners and local stakeholders.
• Support site acquisition and documentation activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local authorities.
• Coordinate for collection and verification of land/property-related documents.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned field activities and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Operations, BFSI Sales, Telecom Sales, FMCG Sales, Real Estate Sales, or any other sales function.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of the local geography and market.
• Knowledge of land records, revenue documents, property documentation, and local statutory processes will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates willing to relocate within Gujarat may also apply.
