Land Acquisition - AVP

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and source suitable land parcels for residential, commercial, villa, and plotted development projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, brokers, land aggregators, consultants, and local stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging locations, growth corridors, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential land parcels, ownership details, extent, location, and indicative pricing.
• Evaluate land opportunities based on project feasibility, location, accessibility, and development potential.

B. Landowner Negotiation and Acquisition

• Conduct initial discussions and negotiations with landowners and authorized representatives.
• Negotiate land prices, payment terms, advance payments, and acquisition timelines within approved commercial limits.
• Coordinate land aggregation for large-scale development projects involving multiple owners.
• Prepare land proposals, acquisition notes, cost estimates, and business cases for management approval.
• Facilitate execution of agreements, sale deeds, joint development agreements (JDAs), or joint venture arrangements, as applicable.
