Role & responsibilities
We are seeking experienced professionals (4+ years) with strong expertise in NI VeriStand Custom Device development using LabVIEW. This is an onsite role at DRDO, Bangalore, offering an excellent salary package for immediate joiners.
Role Highlights
- Design & develop Custom Devices (CDs) in NI VeriStand using LabVIEW
- Implement real-time logic, communication interfaces, and hardware abstraction layers
- Integrate external hardware (PXI, DAQ, FPGA, third-party cards)
- Support for Ethernet (TCP/UDP), Serial (RS232/RS422), ARINC 429, MIL-STD-1553
- Optimize performance (CPU, memory, network throughput)
- Collaborate with system, hardware, and validation teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in NI VeriStand & LabVIEW
- Hands-on Custom Device development
- Experience with NI Linux RT, PXI systems
- Knowledge of TCP/UDP, Network Streams, Serial communication
