• Employee Welfare Activities
• Grievance Handling
• Employee Engagement Activities
• Training Schedule and Awareness
• Attending Employee Grievances through grievance desk
• Workers absenteeism long leave followup
• Training awareness about company policy and procedure
• Hostellers long leave plan to submit before 15 days
• Birthday/Work Anniversary/Wedding day wishes through PAS
• Conduct Committee Meetings and record maintenance
• Payroll grievance desk on every Monday
• Promoting employees for referral incentives and retention
• Conducting Indoor and Outdoor games for hostellers to build relationship
• Conduct Medical camps Eye / Blood / Health / Dental
• Celebrating Festivals / Hostel Girls local outing program
• Source the new joiners thru hostellers reference
