We need to initiate the hiring process for an India Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Consultant to support the development of the Statutory Compliance Dashboard for our Niraxo HRMS & Payroll platform.

Key Requirements:

• Strong practical knowledge of Indian Central and State labour laws and statutory compliances.
• Expertise in payroll-related compliances, including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Experience handling multi-state compliance requirements, statutory filings, registers, returns, challans, and compliance calendars.
• Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into system rules, automated calculations, alerts, reports, and dashboard functionalities.
• Experience working with HRMS, payroll software, compliance automation platforms, or statutory compliance modules would be preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, Payroll, Development, and QA teams to define requirements, validate calculations, and support UAT.

Primary Objective:

The consultant will help our Niraxo Product Development team build a comprehensive, configurable, and reliable statutory compliance solution that enables organizations to track applicable laws, automate statutory calculations, monitor compliance deadlines, manage regulatory updates, and maintain audit-ready records.
