Laboratory Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  
• Oversee all lab activities, including sample collection, testing, and reporting of results.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of tests performed.
  
• Supervise junior staff members and provide guidance on best practices in clinical pathology.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Clinical Pathology or related field (B.Sc + MLT).
  
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, lab management, lab procedures, pathology principles, and supervision techniques.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
