Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Technology / equivalent chemistry-related qualification.
Experience: 02 years is sufficient. Freshers with good practical chemistry/laboratory skills can also be considered.
Preference should be given to candidates with exposure to formulation laboratories.
The candidate should be comfortable with weighing small quantities accurately, pH measurement, preparing solutions, maintaining records and following formulations exactly. Basic understanding of acids, alkalis, surfactants, chelating agents and polymers would be an advantage.
The person should be hands-on and disciplined with documentation. For your current stage, I would prioritize someone who can reliably execute controlled trials over someone with only theoretical qualifications.
