- Report preparation and MIS maintenance for Daily Labour Count.
- Labour Recreation Activities.
- Maintain Staff to Labour ratio.
- Control and minimise Labour Agency Attrition
- Visit Project site as per requirement or once in every week.
- Meeting with Contractors periodically for healthy relation
