Lab Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technicians to join our team in the real estate and construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for conducting material testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring construction materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on construction materials such as cement, concrete, sand, aggregates, soil, and other building materials.
• Perform quality checks and testing as per applicable IS codes and industry standards.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze material samples.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and prepare laboratory reports.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling of laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate with site engineers and quality control teams to ensure material compliance.
• Identify and report material quality issues or deviations.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the testing area.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of construction material testing and quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with cement, concrete, soil, and aggregate testing.
• Understanding of relevant IS codes and construction quality standards.
• Good analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to operate laboratory testing equipment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 12th Pass Out or Any Graduate.
• Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with relevant practical knowledge may also apply.
• Industry Preference: Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Building Materials.
• Location: Gurugram Sec 71, Haryana.
