Lab Technician

Position : Lab Technician

Location : Hinjewadi - Pune

Qualification : Preferably - Diploma (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation) 

Experienced ITI person is also welcomed.

Contract Duration : 1 year contract (extendable) on 3rd party payroll.

Job Description:

• Cable installation, routing, and termination in industrial panels
• Familiarity with slat wall / perforated panel mounting systems
• Panel wiring and worktable wiring setup
• Basic networking - make/terminate Ethernet cables, verify IP connectivity
• Installation of small devices - VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, MCBs, contactors
• Basic PLC I/O wiring and verification
• Drilling and mounting on panel frames, slat walls, and DIN rails
• Basic soldering skills - cable, PCB components 
• Cable tray and conduit installation (support false ceiling routing)
• Crimping, lugging, wiring termination, and cable labelling
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts
• Basic troubleshooting of electrical and control equipment
• Wiring and power-up of variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Operate a computer - connect to drives, navigate software, update firmware (Training will be given on tools for these steps).
