Shift: Rotational Shift, Including Night Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Lab Technician to join our NABL-accredited laboratory. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and processing samples, performing laboratory tests, maintaining accurate reports, and following laboratory quality and safety procedures.

Educational Qualification

• 12th Standard with DMLT Science subjects.
• DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) or MLT qualification.
• B.Sc. Biochemistry candidates may also be considered, subject to the required laboratory skills and applicable eligibility criteria.
• Freshers or experienced candidates may apply, depending on hospital requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process blood and other clinical samples.
• Perform routine laboratory investigations as assigned.
• Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and NABL quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate test records, registers, and documentation.
• Perform internal quality control procedures as instructed.
• Ensure proper sample storage, handling, and disposal of biomedical waste.
• Follow infection control, biosafety, and laboratory safety protocols.
• Report critical or abnormal results promptly to the authorized personnel.
• Assist with equipment calibration, maintenance records, and quality audits.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required.

• Ability to work independently and during night shifts.
