Lab Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Test raw materials, inprocess samples, and finished products as per approved procedures.
• Perform routine lab tests accurately and record all parameters.
• Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, and traceability.
• Compare test results with specifications and report any deviations immediately.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and proper documentation of all lab activities.

Raw Material Quality Checks:

• Collect and test incoming raw material samples.
• Verify batch/vehicle details and maintain test records.
• Communicate quality issues before materials are released for production.

InProcess Quality Control:

• Collect samples during production and monitor process parameters.
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain product quality.
• Report deviations quickly and support corrective actions.

Finished Product Testing:

• Test finished activated carbon products as per defined specifications.
• Confirm grade, quality, and compliance before dispatch.
• Maintain final product test reports and support production/dispatch teams.
