Lab Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Collect, label, process, and handle blood, urine, and other patient samples safely and accurately.
• Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures and laboratory guidelines.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain accurate records of samples, test results, and laboratory reports.
• Follow laboratory hygiene, safety, quality control, and biomedical waste management procedures.
• Coordinate with the Pathologist and laboratory team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology.
• Good knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and sample handling.
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
