Lab Technician Microbiologist For Mineral Water Plant at Kuruli Chakan

Roles and Responsibilities

• To manage and run the laboratory independently ( Packaged Drinking Water Plant )

• Conduct lab testing, calibration, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage laboratory operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and personnel supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones through research and development initiatives.
• Ensure accurate recording of test results, data analysis, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in microbiology or related field (pharmaceutical/FMCG).
• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or relevant life science discipline; Master's degree preferred. Diploma is also Ok.
• Strong understanding of microbial culturing techniques, media preparation, and microscopy principles.
• Proficiency in lab management software such as LIMS systems for tracking samples and results.
