Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology / PG in Life Sciences, D.Pharm / B.Pharm, or Diploma/ITI in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or Garment Construction, depending on the position.

Experience: Freshers to 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day laboratory, research, and practical training activities.
• Assist with sample handling, reagent preparation, experiments, pattern making, garment construction, or pharmacy practicals, as applicable.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of laboratory equipment, instruments, tools, and machinery.
• Manage inventory and stock of consumables, chemicals, fabrics, and other materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Maintain equipment logs, stock registers, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, biosafety, chemical handling, and workshop safety protocols, as applicable.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of laboratory materials and waste.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory or workshop environment.
• Report equipment faults, stock shortages, and safety concerns to the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of the relevant laboratory or technical domain.
• Good organizational, documentation, and inventory management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Teamwork, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
