• Enable successful fragrance and consumer testing projects through high-quality sample preparation.
• Support innovation by assisting chemists in formulation development and product evaluation.
• Ensure laboratory efficiency through effective inventory management and equipment upkeep.
• Contribute to delivering exceptional internal and external customer experiences.
  

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• 1-3 years of laboratory, formulation, RD, or technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of analytical testing methods and laboratory instrumentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Experience in fragrance, flavors, cosmetics, personal care, consumer goods, or chemical industries.
• Knowledge of formulation development and stability testing.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and laboratory quality systems.
• Experience using laboratory information systems and analytical equipment.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
