About the role

This is a hands-on production lab position. You will work directly alongside our scientists, executing formulations, running daily reactions, and maintaining the analytical discipline our process depends on. This is not a theoretical research role; you will own your batches from day one.

What you will do

Formulation and batch work

·      Follow formulation sheets precisely: weigh, mix, and sequence ingredients as specified

·      Prepare batches at bench and kilo-lab scale per given SOPs

·      Record batch entries accurately: quantities, observations, deviations, and yield outcomes

·      Reproduce formulations consistently across multiple trial runs

Daily lab reactions

·      Conduct routine titrations, pH checks, viscosity measurements, and moisture analysis

·      Assist in condensation and crosslinking reactions under controlled conditions

·      Support solvent extraction, filtration, and lignin fractionation operations

·      Maintain daily reaction logs and flag abnormal observations to the supervising chemist

What we are looking for

·          B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Polymer Science.

·          Basic understanding of lab reactions and analytical testing.

·          Comfortable with standard lab equipment and safety procedures.

·          Accurate record-keeping and SOP discipline.

. Prior experience in resin, coating, biomass, or chemical processing labs is a plus, not a requirement.
