Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials, including pig iron, sand and alloys, as per specifications.
• Verify chemical composition using a spectrometer.
• Conduct green sand testing as per requirements.
• Perform metallurgical testing of castings, including hardness, tensile and microstructure tests.
• Review daily reports and communicate non-conformities.

Required Skills

• Should have knowledge of metallurgical lab and sand testing lab activities.
• Knowledge of IATF / ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Should possess good communication and analytical skills.
