Lab Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Assist in conducting experiments, data collection, and analysis under the supervision of senior researchers.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations using laboratory notebooks or electronic databases.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, ordering supplies, and organizing laboratory space to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to lab equipment or experiments.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in a life sciences industry setting (e.g., pharmaceutical company).
• Strong computer skills for document management systems (e.g., Excel) and scientific software applications (e.g., GraphPad Prism).
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of biological principles and techniques used in molecular biology labs.
