Qualifications

• B.Sc. in any Life Science subject.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility: Work under the supervision of Scientist in various MRU-approved research projects
• Assist and support ongoing faculty and student projects
• Perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment (centrifuges, analysers, PCR machines, etc.)
• Prepare reagents and maintain consumables/inventory records
• General laboratory housekeeping (take steps to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of laboratory)
• Relevant experience: Hands-on laboratory research experience, including core molecular biology techniques (PCR, ELISA, western blot, HPLC etc.), in a research setting.
