About this role
The Role
- Design comes before development — always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
- You own the end-to-end design process — from research to testing and handoff — working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what’s designed works effectively in reality.
What You Will Own – Your Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis — Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
- Wireframing — Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
- UI design — Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
- Prototyping — Developing interactive prototypes for validation
- Usability testing — Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
- Handoff to SDT — Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development
Non-Negotiable Metric
- First-Time Design Approval Rate ≥ 85%
- User Satisfaction ≥ 90%
The Fight: What You will Fight: Confusing and untested design.
The Enemy Is
- Interfaces users struggle to understand
- Designs created without validation
- Poor handoffs leading to incorrect implementation
On The WIT Team A design is not done until users can use it effortlessly.
WHO THRIVES HERE : Three Traits We Cannot Teach
- Design for users, not approval — You validate with real users before finalizing

- Clean execution — Your designs are clear, complete, and implementation-ready

- Full Training — UI/UX processes, research methods, and product workflows
