Job Title


The Role

• Design comes before development - always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
• You own the end-to-end design process - from research to testing and handoff - working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what s designed works effectively in reality.

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis - Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
• Wireframing - Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
• UI design - Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
• Prototyping - Developing interactive prototypes for validation
• Usability testing - Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
• Handoff to SDT - Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or a related field
• 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Expertise in Figma, design systems, and responsive/adaptive design
• Strong understanding of frontend basics (HTML/CSS); familiarity with React or Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
• UI/UX design certification preferred
