Experience: 2–3 years in IT operations, monitoring or service desk support

Responsibilities:
Monitor infrastructure, applications and cloud services 24x7.
Triage T1 tickets and resolve them using SOPs.
Route and escalate tickets to the right resolver groups.
Fulfil service requests that are not auto-resolved.
Participate in shift handovers and support operational reporting.
Required skills:
Basic Windows/Linux administration.
Exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, OBM or similar).
ServiceNow ticketing; clear written communication.
Preferred certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation, AZ-900 or equivalent.
