Job Description:
L2 Application/Production Support
We are looking for an L2 Application/Production Support Engineer with strong experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL/Data Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for production applications and troubleshoot incidents.
- Analyze and resolve application, database, and data-related issues.
- Write, debug, and optimize Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages.
- Perform data validation, data fixes, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor production jobs, resolve failures, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with development and business teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in L2 Application/Production Support.
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
- Good knowledge of database troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Experience with incident management, RCA, and ticketing tools.
