Role & responsibilities

Must have skills:

• Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, routers, and Cisco ACI.
• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLAN, VRF, and STP.
• SD-WAN, Juniper, and Arista networking.
• Change management and experience supporting 24/7 network operations.

Good to have skills:

• CISCO certification(s) (e.g. CCNA*, CCNP, CCIE)
• Juniper Certifications (JNCIE/ JNCIP)
• Good communications, customer service oriented (US Geography)
• Network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark.

Key asks for the role:

• This is a senior L2 Network Administrator role, primarily focused on network upgrades. However, the candidate should also be comfortable network operations as needed. They should have strong knowledge of the latest networking technologies as per must have skills, be able to understand requirements, assess vulnerabilities, and plan and execute changes effectively. The role also involves coordinating with team members, leaders, and managers, delegating implementation tasks, and handling complex network troubleshooting.
