L2 Azure Integration Engineer

We are urgently looking for an experienced L2 Azure Integration Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure Integration & Production Support.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

Azure Logic Apps workflow monitoring & troubleshooting
Azure Automation Runbooks job execution & failure analysis
Azure Storage – Storage Accounts, Blob Storage, File Shares
SFTP – file transfer, connectivity & authentication troubleshooting
REST APIs – API failures, HTTP errors & integrations
Authentication / Authorization – RBAC, certificates, tokens, managed identity
Networking – DNS, firewall, private endpoints & connectivity

L2 Production Support | Incident Management | RCA | SLA

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and troubleshoot Azure integration services and alerts. Investigate Logic Apps workflow failures and integration errors. Troubleshoot SFTP/file transfer and processing issues. Resolve Azure Storage access, permission and connectivity issues. Analyze API, authentication and network-related failures. Perform RCA and restore services within defined SLAs. Coordinate with L1, Azure, Application, Network, Security & RPA teams and contribute to improving monitoring, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.

CERTIFICATIONS

Microsoft AZ-104 – Azure Administrator Associate OR AZ-204 – Azure Developer Associate preferred. ITIL® 4 Foundation certification preferred. Azure Security, DevOps, Automation or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
