Job Overview

We are looking for a CRM & Digital Operations Executive to manage CRM activities, digital marketing coordination, webinar operations, documentation, and basic L1 IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM data, updates, reports, and basic troubleshooting.
• Handle WhatsApp Web/Marketing and Email Marketing activities.
• Create and manage Zoom & Microsoft Teams meeting/webinar links.
• Coordinate webinars and prepare registration & attendance reports.
• Provide basic L1 support for laptops, desktops, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Digital Operations, Back Office Operations, or IT Support.
• Good knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, Email Marketing, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, AI Platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, and MS Office.
• Good communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
