Responsibilities

• 1. Clalender Coordination: Prepare the monthly calender for Safety, Technical Behavioral Training, book the venue, necessary arrangement, ensure on time smooth execution
• 2. Program Execution: Coordinate end to end delivery, connect with Trainees Trainer, working closely with facilitator
• 3. Data Reporting: Maintain the individual records of training, Pre Post training Assessment record, Training feedback, Training effectiveness record
• 4. Learning Mindset: Stay updated on LD trends and actively contribute ideas for continuous improvements.
• 5. Coordination of Safety TCB Meeting, MOM, ppts, charter, records etc.
• 6. Content Support: Creating and organizing Learning Materials, Presentation and participants workbook.
• 7. Organize Daily Safety training for 35 participants, Pre Post Assessment and MIS accordingly.
• 8. Anchoring and motivation skill in Engagement activities.
• 9. Skill Gap and Training Need identification
• 10. Maintain online training data e learnings.
• 11. Arranging and coordinating trainings with NALANDA
