L&D Support at Dalmia RCW Kalyanpur (Bihar) & RGP Plant (Odisha)

Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Coordination: Prepare the monthly calendar for Safety, Technical & Behavioral Training, book the venue, necessary arrangement, ensure on time smooth execution
• Program Execution: Coordinate end to end delivery, connect with Trainees & Trainer, working closely with facilitator.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain the individual records of training, Pre & Post training Assessment record, Training feedback, Training effectiveness record
• Learning Mindset: Stay updated on L&D trends and actively contribute ideas for continuous improvements.
• Coordination of Safety T&CB Meeting, MOM, ppts, charter, records etc.
• Content Support: Creating and organizing Learning Materials, Presentation and participants workbook.
• Organize Daily Safety training for 35 participants, Pre & Post Assessment and MIS accordingly.
• Anchoring and motivation skill in Engagement activities.
• Skill Gap and Training Need identification.
• Maintain online training data & e learnings.
• Arranging and coordinating trainings with Dalmia Central Training Center.
