About this role
Learning Needs Diagnosis
- Identify capability gaps and performance needs in discussion with business leaders
- Translate business requirements into structured learning interventions and roadmaps.
- Assist various businesses in identifying learning requirements and recommending appropriate learning solutions.
- Support leadership pipeline and succession readiness initiatives. Learning Design & Content Development:
- Design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, experiential).
- Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, and assessments.
- Customize learning journeys for different employee segments.
- Facilitate leadership, managerial, behavioural, and functional capability programs.
- Deliver workshops, simulations, and action-learning interventions.
- Enable internal trainers and subject matter experts. Learning Effectiveness & Impact Measurement
- Evaluation methods
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback analysis.
- Track impact using LMS and business performance indicators.
- Lead leadership and management development programs with top Indian & global institutions for long term capability development impacting long term growth
- Run capability development centers for various cohorts for a lead level L&D professional
- Progressive experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Enterprise Capability roles.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders at BU or enterprise level
- Proven track record in designing and leading large-scale leadership and capability transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive facilitation capability with credibility across senior stakeholders
- Exposure to working with reputed academic institutions or global learning partners is preferred
