• Identify capability gaps and performance needs in discussion with businessleaders
• Translate business requirements into structured learning interventions androadmaps.
• Assist various businesses in identifying learning requirements and recommendingappropriate learning solutions.
• Support leadership pipeline and succession readiness initiatives. LearningDesign & Content Development:
• Design blended learning solutions (classroom, virtual, digital, experiential).
• Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, andassessments.
• Customize learning journeys for different employee segments.

• Facilitate leadership, managerial, behavioural, and functional capabilityprograms.
• Deliver workshops, simulations, and action-learning interventions.
• Enable internal trainers and subject matter experts. Learning Effectiveness& Impact Measurement

• Evaluation methods
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and feedback analysis.
• Track impact using LMS and business performance indicators.

• Lead leadership and management development programs with top Indian &global institutions for long term capability development impacting long termgrowth
• Run capability development centers for various cohorts for a lead level L&Dprofessional

Experience & Profile

• Progressive experience in Learning & Development,Leadership Development, or Enterprise Capability roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior businessleaders at BU or enterprise level
• Proven track record in designing and leading large-scaleleadership and capability transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive facilitation capability with credibilityacross senior stakeholders
• Exposure to working with reputed academicinstitutions or global learning partners is preferred
