About this role
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the L&D strategy aligned with business and technology goals.
- Maintain and manage an employee skill matrix to identify competency and skill gaps.
- Identify training needs and design upskilling, reskilling, and development programs.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, technical programs, and onboarding initiatives.
- Track employee learning plans and monitor training progress and effectiveness.
- Support continuous learning for employees across AI/ML, Data Analytics, Full-Stack Development, and other relevant technologies.
- Manage learning initiatives for both bench and project-based employees.
- Collaborate with HR, team leads, managers, and technical teams to identify development requirements.
- Maintain training records, learning reports, and L&D metrics.
- Act as the central point of contact for L&D activities and initiatives across the organization.
