About this role
Responsibilities
- 1.Build and implement the learning strategy and annual plan aligned to business goals.
- 2. Partner with leaders and stakeholders to run enterprise- and team-level training needs analysis by function and role.
- 3. Design, source, or curate learning programs and content; choose delivery modalities (e-learning, classroom, blended, coaching, workshops, mentoring).
- 4. Launch programs and oversee delivery logistics with LD specialists and HR partners.
- 5. Ensure a positive learner experience and clear communication.
- 6. Hire, coach, and coordinate LD Specialists (where applicable).
- 7. Act as the primary contact for learning queries; drive adoption and engagement.
- 8. Measure learning impact with clear metrics; report outcomes and use data to improve.
- 9. Develop HR team capabilities in training where LD sits in HR.
- 10. Stay current on learning science, trends, and technologies; recommend new tools and approaches.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Learning Development, Talent Development, Capability Building, or Organizational Development.
- Hands-on experience in TNA, learning design, training delivery, program management, stakeholder engagement, and learning effectiveness measurement.
