L&D Intern (Learning & Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised L&D Intern to support employee training and development, with a primary focus on the implementation and adoption of our new in-house ERP system. The intern will coordinate training sessions, identify learning needs, and help employees across departments use the ERP effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP Training: Conduct and coordinate training sessions for employees on the companys in-house ERP system and assist users with basic queries and issues.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify employee training needs in coordination with department heads and relevant stakeholders.
• Training Planning: Prepare training calendars, schedules, and structured learning plans for employees across departments.
• Training Material: Develop user guides, presentations, SOPs, and training documentation for ERP modules and other learning initiatives.
• Training Evaluation: Collect employee feedback, assess training effectiveness, and maintain training records and reports.
• Employee Development: Support onboarding, induction, and other learning and development initiatives to improve employee skills and productivity.
• ERP Adoption: Follow up with employees to understand challenges in using the ERP and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for resolution.

Eligibility & Skills

• Pursuing or completed an MBA in HR, or a relevant qualification in Human Resources, Training, or Learning & Development.
• Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and preparing training documentation.
• Willingness to learn the companys in-house ERP system and train employees across departments.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable interacting with employees at different levels.

Location: Mumbai / Head Office

Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in training, HR, or ERP implementation is an added advantage.
