• Perform KYC verification and validate customer documents.
• Verify customer details as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies, mismatches, and potential fraudulent documents.
• Maintain accuracy and ensure timely completion of verification cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams for document clarification and resolution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in KYC, verification, banking, insurance, or BFSI preferred.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
