KYC Analyst | International Voice Process @Hyderabad

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International AML/KYC Voice Process in Hyderabad preferably in a BPO / CONTACT CENTRE. Candidates with relevant AML/KYC experience and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Location: Hyderabad

Process: International Voice

Salary: Up to 3.7 LPA

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Shifts: Rotational Shifts with Both side cabs facility

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
• Perform AML/KYC-related verification and validation.
• Review customer information and documentation as per process guidelines.
• Identify discrepancies and KYC-related issues.
• Follow AML/KYC compliance and customer verification procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure process adherence.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases as per defined guidelines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/KYC Voice Process.
• Banking experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC and customer verification processes.
• Experience in CDD / EDD / Transaction Monitoring will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts.
• Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad.

Important Note: AML/KYC experience focused on Meta, Facebook, or Google platforms will NOT be considered.
