Job Title: KYC Analyst
Location: Gateway parks, Perungalathur, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Should be flexible to work in the rotational shifts

Salary: 5.5 LPA

Free Two way cab will be provided

Key Responsibilities

• Perform KYC reviews for individual and corporate customers.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) checks.
• Review customer documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Perform sanction screening, PEP screening, and adverse media checks.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activities or high-risk customers.
• Ensure customer records are maintained accurately within internal systems.
• Support periodic KYC remediation and refresh projects.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain missing documentation.
• Maintain adherence to AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-5 years of experience in KYC, AML, Financial Crime, Client Onboarding, or Compliance Operations.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations and banking products.
• Experience with sanctions screening and risk assessment processes.
• Strong analytical and investigation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UK Banking regulations.
• Experience in Corporate KYC, Investment Banking KYC, or Commercial Banking KYC.
• Familiarity with World-Check, LexisNexis, Refinitiv, or similar screening tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
