KYC Analyst- HR Shaeesta

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in Client Onboarding, KYC/CDD, Account Maintenance, and Banking Operations. The role involves onboarding clients, maintaining customer profiles, validating documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform Client Onboarding, KYC/CDD reviews, and Account Maintenance activities.
• Process updates related to authorized signers, authority management, and account servicing.
• Review, validate, and verify client documentation and supporting records.
• Maintain accurate client information in banking systems.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, risk, and operational control requirements.
• Investigate exceptions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Meet SLA, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders through email and chat support.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Account Maintenance, or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
