KST Manager - Lonavala

Job Description:

1. Ensure Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed. Ensure staff have supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms necessary to do their jobs.
2. Supervise the duties of all stewarding employees, facilities, operation and costs.
3. Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
4. Ensure minimum and maximum operating par stocks and supplies and approve storeroom requisition.
5. Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order. Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
6. Prepare monthly reports on shortages in china silverware and equipment and requisition replacements as required while following budget guidelines.
7. Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
8. Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures.

2. Sound knowledge on chemicals to be used in various washing methods.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Computer knowledge in Microsoft office applications is required.
4. Highly responsible, reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Minimum Qualification:

University/College degree in a related discipline as an asset.

Minimum Job Experience:

8-9 years of experience in related field and in of five star hotel.
